Chat moderator

Keeps the lobby and battle chat clean without killing the fun. Trash talk stays; insults, slurs, spam and scams go.

What you do

  • Reads the chat and answers players' questions
  • Warns and mutes by the rules, and writes down why
  • Calms arguments down before they become bans

What we expect

  • Calm under insults, and never answers back

Battle moderator

Watches the battles for what the rules forbid: cheats, power leveling, bug abuse, score manipulation, multi-accounting.

What you do

  • Checks reports, in the battle, before acting
  • Kicks and bans by the rules, with proof
  • Tells us about new bugs and exploits

Map maker / developer

Builds and fixes the maps players fight on: new maps, remakes, balance changes and the spots where tanks get stuck.

  • Designs new maps and remakes of old ones

Before you apply

We are not a strict server, but a helper is held to a higher standard than a player. Read this first.

What you need

  • A Prime Tanki account of rank Brigadier or higher
  • A clean record: no active mute or ban
  • An account on our Discord server
  • 18 years or older
  • Time: a few hours a week, regularly, at hours you can name
  • Enough English to talk with the team. A community manager speaks their language natively.

What we check

  • Your rank, from your account, before you see the form
  • Your sanction history: every mute, ban and warning you ever had
  • Your other accounts, and whether you told us about them
  • Your answers, every one of them, read by a person. Copied or generated answers are declined.
  • Who in the community vouches for you

The role's rules

  • Powers are for the game, never for a friend and never against an enemy
  • What you learn in the role stays private, during and after it
  • Every action is logged and can be reviewed. One abuse and the role is gone.
  • The role is rewarded in the game
  • We may remove any role at any time, for any reason

How it goes

No fixed time. We answer every application on Discord, accepted or not.

Questions

Do helpers get paid?

Yes, in game rewards. Helpers get their role's paint, a unique icon next to their name and rewards in the game for their work, as well as the role's powers and a place in the team.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes, one application per role. Each is judged on its own.

I was muted or banned once. Can I still apply?

You can, as long as nothing is active now. Tell us about it in the form, honestly: we see the record anyway, and an answer that does not match it ends the application.

Why do I have to log in with my game account?

So the form knows your rank and we know who is applying. Your password goes to the game's own login, the same as in the launcher, and is never shown to anyone.

How long until I hear back?

There is no fixed time. Every application is read by a person, and you get an answer on Discord either way.

I was declined. Can I apply again?

After 30 days, with a new application. Show what changed.
